Whether you’re a long-term doodler or new to the eatsleepdoodle family, we want to ensure you get the most out of your reusable coloring gift. So, in this blog, we’ll be taking a closer look at how to use our new Artie Bears (and all our reusable coloring gifts) so you can enjoy endless creative adventures!

From the moment you open your Artie Bear, to refreshing it for the next doodle session, let’s explore how to make the most out of your eatsleepdoodle gifts and keep them in tip-top condition! Ready to dive in? Let’s go!

 

Step 1: Open up your eatsleepdoodle gift!

Inside each of our eatsleepdoodle color-in gifts is one textile product - for example, our color-in Artie Bear – plus a set of 10 wash out fabric markers!

Step 2: Color!

Now for the most exciting step - coloring!

Dive into the fun of bringing your eatsleepdoodle gift to life. Using the set of 10 vibrant, double-ended wash-out textile markers, you can color in your Artie Bear (or any eatsleepdoodle creation!) in any way you’d like!  
As an extra bonus, our magic washable fabric pens are non-toxic, quick-drying and incredibly versatile!

They’re not only perfect for washable fabrics but also work brilliantly on paper and other stationery, making them fantastic gifts for kids. These super handy markers are ready to take on just about any creative project in addition to dressing up your Artie!

 

Step 3: Wash and refresh!

Once you’ve finished coloring in, designing and exploring all the fun illustrations on your eatsleepdoodle gift, it’s time to wash it clean and get ready to start again!

Simply pop your gift into the washing machine on a warm cycle (30°/40°). Our water-based, soluble ink completely washes out, leaving your canvas blank and ready for more creative adventures!

Even better, the ink won’t transfer to anything else in the wash, so there’s no need for a separate load. Toss it in with the rest of your laundry - even your whites - and watch the ink vanish like magic! Your eatsleepdoodle creation will come out clean and fresh, ready for endless coloring fun, time and time again!

 

Step 4: Dry naturally

After washing your eatsleepdoodle gift, take it out of the machine and hang it up to dry naturally. This helps keep all our 100% cotton textile products looking their best for years to come.

For Artie Bear specifically, we recommend leaving to dry for a little longer to ensure its filling has time to completely dry out. Pop in a warm, dry spot to air naturally and keep it cuddly and fresh!

(Optional) Iron:

For our other eatsleepdoodle products, we recommend giving your color-in gift a gentle iron once it’s fully dry. This helps create a smooth, flat surface - perfect for your next coloring adventure.

P.S. Make sure your eatsleepdoodle gift is completely dry before you start coloring again for the best results!

 

Step 5: Color again!

Once your eatsleepdoodle gift is clean and dry, it’s all set for your next coloring adventure!
