You may have noticed things are looking a little different around here… Well, it’s out with the old and in with the new at eatsleepdoodle! We decided our website was tired, outdated and in serious need of a revamp.

Hours were spent umming and ahing over the format, words and photographs, and you wouldn’t believe the effort that goes into choosing colours!! Colours for banners, colours for buttons, colours for shopping carts… colours, colours, colours and SO many to choose from! We must have been completely coloured-out because, after going through all 55 bajillion colours on the colour chart, we settled for grey… Yes, not the most exciting of – yes that word again – colours, but grey has so much going for it! Namely that it goes with everything.

Sadly, our favourite turquoisey blue rendered everything illegible – lovely and bright, yes, but too bright for easy reading. And pink has become so gendered and heavily connotated. Black, Purple, Orange, Green – too dark, too much, too B&Q, too Homebase. Having been through the lot, Grey suddenly seemed fresh and clean. And in the spirit of freshening things up, Grey it was.

After much deliberation over aesthetics, we have finally come to a point where our new website is up and running. Over the coming weeks you may see a few tweaks here and there and please forgive us any little glitches we’re yet to iron out, but on the whole, we're very excited to say that it’s ready. So, without further ado, **cue thick fancy ribbon and a large pair of scissors** we are delighted to officially launch our brand new website!
